Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, NJ or Philadelphia, PA for a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain control structures to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly claims analytics reports for leadership.
• Perform deep-dive trend analysis and ad hoc reporting using large, complex datasets.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop tailored data solutions.
• Support specialized initiatives including fraud detection, subrogation analysis, and medical management reviews.
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling format.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or in data mining.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with intermediate proficiency in VBA.
• Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data quality principles.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Project).
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Warren, NJ or Philadelphia, PA.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
