Location: Remote-first with expectations for periodic in-person travel to meet partners.

What you will do

  • Acquire new partner accounts by effectively communicating the value proposition of the digital platform.
  • Manage and grow executive-level relationships with retail partners, coordinating with Partnership Managers to drive upsell efforts.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline through proactive outreach and business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to articulate the company's value proposition and influence the product roadmap.
  • Engage in business-level and technical discussions with C-Suite and GM-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in agribusiness or AgTech with pre-existing relationships with ag retailers.
  • Strong background in business-level sales with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating and closing sales in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a distributed, fast-growing work environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in building or refining sales processes within a SaaS organization.
