What you will do
- Acquire new partner accounts by effectively communicating the value proposition of the digital platform.
- Manage and grow executive-level relationships with retail partners, coordinating with Partnership Managers to drive upsell efforts.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through proactive outreach and business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to articulate the company's value proposition and influence the product roadmap.
- Engage in business-level and technical discussions with C-Suite and GM-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in agribusiness or AgTech with pre-existing relationships with ag retailers.
- Strong background in business-level sales with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating and closing sales in a competitive environment.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, fast-growing work environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in building or refining sales processes within a SaaS organization.
