What you will do
- Prospect, develop, manage, and close sales pipelines for the hirify.global Platform via inbound and outbound efforts.
- Build and deepen relationships with senior executives and decision makers across various industries.
- Prioritize and execute account plans for individual strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities and bridging use cases.
- Source expansion opportunities within new departments and present multi-use case stories to C-level executives.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Educate and consult customers on the value of hirify.global throughout the sales and adoption process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience within a SaaS company.
- 6+ years selling into the Enterprise segment (3K+ FTEs accounts).
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales quotas.
- Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders in Procurement and Legal.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close 6-figure ARR deals in competitive markets.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level decision-makers.
