What you will do
- Actively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies to build strategic partnerships for oncology product lines.
- Negotiate and close high-value partnership agreements that align with long-term strategic growth goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences to establish and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
- Translate pharmaceutical customer needs into actionable product insights through collaboration with R&D, Clinical, and AI teams.
- Partner with internal teams to co-develop diagnostic solutions addressing significant unmet oncology needs.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to structure, iterate, and finalize deal terms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or related roles in precision diagnostics or life sciences.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and liquid biopsy technologies.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical/scientific teams and commercial stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner engagement and industry events.
