What you will do

  • Actively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies to build strategic partnerships for oncology product lines.
  • Negotiate and close high-value partnership agreements that align with long-term strategic growth goals.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences to establish and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
  • Translate pharmaceutical customer needs into actionable product insights through collaboration with R&D, Clinical, and AI teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to co-develop diagnostic solutions addressing significant unmet oncology needs.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to structure, iterate, and finalize deal terms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or related roles in precision diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and liquid biopsy technologies.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical/scientific teams and commercial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner engagement and industry events.
