What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Pharma Solutions offerings.
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for new and existing products.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Establish repeatable GTM processes, including market readiness plans and sales enablement frameworks.
  • Analyze market performance, customer engagement, and commercial KPIs to optimize strategy.
  • Support strategic deals by articulating value propositions to pharmaceutical clients.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, GTM leadership, or product commercialization.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling B2B healthcare or pharmaceutical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market access, commercialization, and brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
