Salary: $241,946 – $311,536 per year (Total compensation at plan)

What you will do
- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
- Create and implement strategic business plans to grow revenue quickly within the assigned geography.
- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing professional relationships.
- Educate medical professionals on the Northstar liquid biopsy portfolio and clinical utility.
- Coordinate logistics and solve complex problems to ensure seamless diagnostic service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the defined territory (Macon, GA area) and commit to regular field travel.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
- Proven ability to effectively present clinical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a startup-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Previous experience ordering or managing late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
