What you will do
- Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Southern Europe defense sector, focusing on UAV government procurement.
- Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids, proposals, and tenders in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the defense ecosystem.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and procurement frameworks to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to align business objectives and project requirements.
- Negotiate and manage high-stakes contracts to ensure favorable terms and project success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or procurement within the defense sector.
- Proven knowledge of the Southern Europe defense ecosystem and procurement processes.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Greek, or Italian is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally for industry events and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to manage government-level stakeholders.
