What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospects in to the leasing, fleet management, short term rental markets.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Create compelling pitches and solutions demos, presentations, and workshops tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales approach.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in new business development, with a strong portfolio of closed deals
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, SaaS, or data solutions to the leasing, fleet management, short term rental environments
  • Deep understanding of the Global markets & how to engage at the appropriate levels to achieve success
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with API-based solutions and digital platforms.
