Salary: $168,346 – $311,536 (base salary + target commission).

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales to oncologists and healthcare providers.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share within the Philadelphia territory.
- Prospect, cultivate, and maintain key professional relationships within the cancer care community.
- Perform consultative sales by assessing the needs of medical professionals and providing clinical diagnostic solutions.
- Coordinate logistics and solve problems to ensure effective service delivery for providers and patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical experience required.
- Proven successful sales track record in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
- Must live within the designated territory and maintain a consistent travel schedule.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a high sense of urgency for closing business.
Nice to have
- Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with liquid biopsy testing experience.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
