What you will do

• Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to build market share in the Upper Midwest.
• Build, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Oncology Specialists.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with oncologists and cancer care providers.
• Analyze sales results and market trends to adjust tactical execution and improve profitability.
• Deliver clinical presentations to internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy.
• Proven track record of success selling directly to Oncologists with an existing portfolio of relationships.
• Must reside in the Upper Midwest region.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and motivate sales teams to exceed ambitious targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans.
