Salary: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (at plan)

What you will do

  • Increase revenue and market penetration through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth goals in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining long-term clinical relationships.
  • Present clinical data effectively to both internal stakeholders and external medical professionals.
  • Coordinate logistics and consult with medical staff to ensure seamless product integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to accounts.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Experience selling to medical providers or clinical background (PA, NP, or RN) with oncology experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
