Location: Must be based in the DMV region (MD, DC, Eastern VA); this is a field-based remote role requiring travel within the territory.

Salary: Base salary of $205,509, with a total compensation package including incentives reaching $313,209.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand market presence in the DMV territory.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives.
  • Analyze regional sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage key relationships and deliver clinical presentations to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Ensure effective communication of test value and clinical benefits to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive tactical execution to improve profitability and capture new market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, genetics, or women's health.
  • Established portfolio of convertible client relationships with OBGYNs and MFMs in the DMV region.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a high sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.
