Salary: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (total compensation at plan)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Northstar liquid biopsy products.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists and cancer care providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets in the territory.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations for medical professionals.
  • Manage logistics and problem-solve for clinical accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must live within the defined territory of Boise, ID.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record in medical devices, diagnostics, or medical services.
  • Experience selling to medical providers or clinical background (PA/NP/RN).
  • Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Background in ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
