Compensation: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (at plan, including uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and market development for Northstar liquid biopsy products.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand presence within the designated geography.
- Conduct effective prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with oncologists and cancer care providers.
- Engage in consultative sales processes to address the clinical needs of medical professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and provide professional presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of high-level sales success (e.g., Presidents or Chairman's clubs).
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to medical providers.
- Must reside within the Milwaukee territory to ensure daily field coverage.
- Ability to travel extensively within the defined territory as required.
Nice to have
- Clinical background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Specific experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
