What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market share for Northstar liquid biopsy products through direct sales to oncologists.
• Create and execute comprehensive strategic business plans to expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct effective prospecting and business development to build a robust pipeline of oncology accounts.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with medical providers and the extended cancer care community.
• Present clinical value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage territory logistics and prioritize sales opportunities with a focus on tactical execution.

Requirements

• Must reside within the Spokane, Washington territory and be centrally located to accounts.
• Proven track record of successful medical sales in diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical equipment.
• Experience selling to medical providers or clinical decision-makers.
• Strong analytical, time management, and consultative selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Commitment to regular travel within the designated territory.

Nice to have

• Professional medical background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Specific experience in oncology or late-stage cancer liquid biopsy testing.
