Location: On-site in Boston, MA

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Execute graphic, pattern, and surface design across hirify.global bands, apparel, and accessories.
• Contribute to seasonal storytelling by developing visual concepts and design details.
• Support the creation of seasonal color palettes and ensure consistency across materials.
• Create high-quality, accurate, site-ready product renderings.
• Maintain and organize design files, rendering assets, and color systems.
• Partner with Creative Direction, Industrial Design, and Engineering to define design intent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, product visualization, or surface design within consumer products or wearables.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design work, including graphic design, pattern, color, and rendering capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and rendering tools such as KeyShot, Blender, or similar.
• Experience creating high-quality product renderings with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with color, materials, and production processes for physical products.
• Systems-oriented mindset with an interest in improving processes and creating structure.
