What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market development for liquid biopsy products through direct sales to oncologists.
• Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales goals within the designated geography.
• Conduct effective prospecting and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts and members of the cancer care community.
• Assess medical provider needs and coordinate logistics to ensure effective product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to solve problems and optimize care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must live within the defined territory of Virginia Beach.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record at or above goal.
• Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Specific experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
