What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Northstar liquid biopsy products.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the designated territory.
- Prospect new business opportunities within the oncology community.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with oncologists and medical providers.
- Provide clinical insights and consultative sales support to cancer care teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Washington D.C. area
- Proven successful sales track record in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a startup-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to regular travel within the defined territory.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with liquid biopsy test ordering experience.
- Experience hitting and exceeding sales targets (e.g., Presidents Club).
