Oncology Account Executive

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth through direct sales to individual oncologists and medical providers.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to rapidly increase market presence in the designated territory.
• Conduct effective prospecting and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Maintain key relationships with medical professionals and staff within the cancer care community.
• Provide consultative sales support and coordinate logistics for diagnostic product integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must live within the defined Boston territory and be centrally located to accounts.
• Proven track record of successful medical sales in diagnostics, medical, or surgical devices.
• Ability to travel regularly within the defined territory.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities and close business with a sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
• Demonstrated history of high performance such as President’s or Chairman’s club awards.
