Salary: $205,509 (base) – $313,209 (total at plan)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to grow market development in the North Atlantic territory.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives.
- Build and enhance customized sales pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify opportunities for increasing profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate clinical information and drive product adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically within Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health.
- Must have an existing portfolio of convertible client relationships with OBGYNs and MFMs in the North Atlantic region.
- Proven track record of managing, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious targets.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to inform territory strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for internal and external clinical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to reside in the designated territory.
