Salary: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (Total compensation including base and uncapped commission).

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and market development for oncology liquid biopsy products through direct sales.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with oncologists and cancer care providers.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned geography.
- Perform consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and complex problem-solving for medical professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning and clinical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Must live within the defined territory (Houston, TX) and be centrally located.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
- Commitment to regular field-based travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic execution skills.
- Demonstrated history of success in sales, such as hitting quotas or receiving performance awards.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical liquid biopsy experience.
