Location: Must be based in the Seattle West territory (Field-based position).
Salary: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (Total compensation, includes base salary and uncapped commission).

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales to oncologists and medical providers.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach within the assigned geography.
- Execute effective sales efforts, including prospecting and maintaining key client relationships.
- Coordinate logistics and provide consultative solutions to meet the needs of medical professionals.
- Report to the Regional Manager and operate independently within the territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven successful sales track record in medical devices, diagnostics, or medical services.
- Must live within the defined Seattle West territory and be centrally located.
- Ability and commitment to travel within the defined territory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think and execute strategically.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with liquid biopsy test ordering experience.
- History of recognition for sales excellence (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club).
