TL;DR

Salary: PLN 12,000–22,800 monthly gross/before tax.

What you will do
- Manage project budget, scope, and timelines while reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with external clients through a business-oriented approach.
- Coordinate the development of software solutions by guiding and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate the creation of user stories, MVPs, and project documentation.
- Lead presales activities to uncover client needs and craft compelling offers.
- Identify process improvements and proactively solve complex project challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing diverse agile IT projects.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Pivotal Tracker.
- Excellent command of English and Polish (C1+ level).
- Strong technical knowledge for effective communication with developers and designers.
- Experience in presales and assisting clients with solution selection.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and improve delivery quality according to best practices.
Nice to have
- Hands-on domain knowledge in e-commerce.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience mentoring less experienced project managers.
- Background in risk management and reporting.
