TL;DR

Scrum Master: Facilitating cross-functional software development teams by managing sprint cycles, removing impediments, and ensuring high-quality delivery with an accent on process optimization and KPI-driven performance. Focus on fostering a professional, productive work environment while coaching teams on Agile best practices and integrating AI tools for enhanced team facilitation.

Location: Hybrid model: 3 days per week in Warsaw office, 2 days remote

Salary: 12,500 – 13,700 PLN

What you will do

• Lead all sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts between various development, architecture, and design teams.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate impediments to ensure timely delivery of software features.
• Track and analyze development KPIs to drive team performance and process improvements.
• Implement and support policy changes while gathering continuous feedback from team members.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline day-to-day team facilitation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent experience) required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Strong understanding of software architecture, QA processes, and SaaS delivery
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Warsaw office
• Must submit citizenship/permanent residency status for U.S. Export Control compliance

• Background in developing professional, performant software programs
• Experience defining and reporting on engineering team performance KPIs
• Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to manage and set expectations
