What you will do

• Standardize backlogs, workflows, and operating models to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Manage complex dependencies and identify blockers to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide clear visibility into project metrics, risks, and progress for stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and Copilot to optimize execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• Proven experience managing delivery across multiple teams in data or platform-centric environments.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and system dependencies.
• Expertise in managing backlogs, sprint cycles, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to bring clarity to unstructured organizational environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required
