Join an international #FinTech in #Vilnius! We're looking for a Head of Project Management to support delivery of banking software and ATM infrastructure projects for international clients.
As Head of Project Management, you will:
🔵 Lead and develop the Project Management Department across delivery streams
🔵 Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring time, scope, budget and quality
🔵 Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product and infrastructure)
🔵 Act as the primary contact for banking clients and strategic partners during execution
🔵 Improve methodologies, reporting, risk management and operational processes
We're seeking someone with proven IT/software project management and people leadership experience, strong SDLC knowledge, project frameworks (Agile/Scrum/PMI), and professional proficiency in English and Russian.
💶 Salary: €6,000–€9,000/month
