TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Project Management): Leading multiple agile teams to deliver high-quality business solutions with an accent on Scrum/Kanban frameworks and operational alignment. Focus on facilitating ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, and utilizing OKRs and KPIs to ensure team output aligns with business value.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Santiago, Chile with an on-site requirement of 1-2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Act as a Scrum Master to enable agile workflows and continuous team improvement.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration within and across multiple teams.
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, and Jira administration.
  • Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria.
  • Guide teams in defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs to meet business objectives.
  • Support and lead user testing activities and document outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Santiago, Chile.
  • Availability to work on-site 1-2 days per week.
  • Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting or leading user testing activities.
  • Background in product discovery practices like Story Mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coaching skills.
