What you will do

• Manage relationships with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely global payroll delivery.
• Perform rigorous payroll validations, reconciliations, and audit support to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Develop and standardize global payroll processes, workflows, and documentation to drive efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity and manage payroll inputs via the HiBob HRIS system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting.
• Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries and vendor management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, specifically in a global and outsourced environment.
• Strong expertise in payroll controls, compliance, and regulatory governance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll management systems.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with international vendors.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of detail-orientation and ownership of processes.
