Salary: £280,000 - £330,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do
- Win new business and manage the full sales cycle for 's AI solutions within the CPG sector.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to CPG procurement cycles and budget processes.
- Identify and expand use cases within brand teams, supply chain, and commercial operations.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes including executives, IT, and procurement to build consensus.
- Gather market feedback to inform product roadmaps and refine the company's value proposition.
- Refine sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to optimize productivity and consistency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging tech.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals within CPG organizations.
- Extensive experience navigating CPG procurement frameworks and organizational structures.
- Deep understanding of CPG buying cycles, decision-making processes, and market pain points.
- Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences, from brand managers to senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
