What you will do

• Develop and execute market entry strategy for the Brazilian education sector.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with government officials, state secretaries, and academic leaders.
• Drive sales pipeline and secure partnerships with public and private institutions.
• Build and lead a local team covering sales, operations, and customer success.
• Manage local P&L and establish necessary legal and administrative infrastructure.
• Advise product teams on localization and curriculum alignment for the Brazilian market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in education, technology, or relevant industries in Brazil.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses or operations within the Brazilian market.
• Deep expertise in Brazilian public sector procurement and decision-making processes.
• Strong background in navigating complex institutional relationships and sales cycles.
