What you will do

• Partner with the CMO to define marketing priorities, goals, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as a proxy for the CMO during EMEA hours to maintain velocity and resolve issues.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own and facilitate key operating mechanisms like planning cycles, weekly reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead high-priority initiatives and support organizational design as the team scales.
• Build and implement AI-native systems to optimize marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business operations, or startup roles.
• Proficiency in English: C1+ required for daily communication.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong background in driving team alignment and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or similar leadership support role.
• Previous experience working within marketing organizations.
