What you will do

  • Support the CEO and leadership with day-to-day operations and market entry initiatives.
  • Drive execution across office setup, local hiring processes, and partnership development.
  • Prepare meeting materials, executive briefings, and investor presentations.
  • Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications with internal and external teams.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, recruiters, and service providers.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and urgent business priorities with independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive support.
  • Must have familiarity with the China business environment, vendors, and hiring ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in unstructured settings.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership and maintain confidentiality.
  • Hands-on mindset with demonstrated ownership in building from zero.
  • Confidence in engaging external stakeholders and clear communication skills.
