What you will do

• Establish simple operating structures and cadences to keep high-priority work moving.
• Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans across teams.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, gaps, and execution risks early.
• Coordinate hiring efforts and manage key operational workstreams.
• Build lightweight playbooks and processes to improve team consistency.
• Track progress and surface clear, actionable updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles.
• Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, California.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and drive execution independently.
• Experience supporting or working closely with senior executives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between different teams.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
