What you will do

  • Establish operating cadences, tracking systems, and follow-up mechanisms to maintain momentum.
  • Translate high-level leadership priorities into concrete, executable plans.
  • Coordinate across diverse teams to ensure organizational alignment and progress.
  • Proactively identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, resolving them before they impact delivery.
  • Create and maintain lightweight operational playbooks to improve team consistency.
  • Support hiring coordination and manage key executive workstreams as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Beijing, China or able to work from this location.
  • Proven experience in operations, consulting, or executive-facing roles.
  • Strong background building processes within early-stage or fast-scaling environments.
  • Excellent ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive independent execution.
  • Experience supporting or working closely with senior leadership teams.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
