• Develop lightweight playbooks and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Track progress and provide concise updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles.
• Proven track record of supporting or working closely with senior executives.
• Experience building processes within early-stage or rapidly scaling environments.
• Strong ability to independently structure complex problems and drive execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between teams.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
