What you will do
- Identify and engage decision-makers at enterprise firms, driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand and address their data and AI talent needs.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track opportunities and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and maximize value.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and talent teams to optimize service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Stay updated on AI and data industry trends to effectively position the company's competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within professional services or the data and AI sector.
- Proven record of net-new logo acquisitions and meeting high-revenue targets.
- Experience closing large-scale deals valued between $5M and $25M.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts like machine learning and data engineering to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
