What you will do

  • Identify and engage decision-makers at enterprise firms, driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand and address their data and AI talent needs.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track opportunities and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and talent teams to optimize service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Stay updated on AI and data industry trends to effectively position the company's competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within professional services or the data and AI sector.
  • Proven record of net-new logo acquisitions and meeting high-revenue targets.
  • Experience closing large-scale deals valued between $5M and $25M.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts like machine learning and data engineering to non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
