What you will do

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate sales team performance against established KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Unit Head to accomplish sales and collection objectives.
  • Develop new merchant relationships and relevant action plans.
  • Direct training requirements for sales staff and promoters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in creating presentation materials and proposals to support business expansion.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Willingness to perform field work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of meeting goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
