What you will do

• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by managing the end-to-end renewal process.
• Collaborate with field sales to define renewal strategies and negotiate commercial terms.
• Analyze customer license utilization to structure renewal proposals and module upgrades.
• Present renewal offers 90–120 days in advance of contract expiration.
• Forecast renewals accurately and flag potential risks for mitigation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management and renewal policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, or Customer Success.
• Proven track record managing SaaS subscription renewals and ARR-based business models.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong business partnership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
