What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Divisional Sales Managers to drive commercial outcomes.
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for ten Focus Product Areas (FPA).
- Establish a monthly pipeline review cadence and set standards for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the ANZ leadership team to contribute to people, customer, and business performance.
- Ensure sales governance and compliance with company policies and ISO9001 standards.
- Conduct regular field ride-alongs to assess and improve the quality of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven track record of leading field sales teams in complex B2B environments.
- Experience managing other managers, not just individual contributors.
- Expertise in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to regional business strategy.
- Capability to lead and hold teams accountable for commercial activity and quality.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the ANZ public and private hospital procurement landscape.
- Exposure to recurring revenue or service-led commercial models.
- Experience implementing structured sales methodologies.
