What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Perform thorough needs assessments to propose tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals to ensure favorable terms.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management within complex, large-scale client environments.
  • Strong grasp of industry landscapes, market trends, and specific sector requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans that bridge client needs with company objectives.
  • Expertise in managing complex contract negotiations and delivering win-win outcomes.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
