What you will do

• Manage end-to-end program execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Translate program progress into concise, leadership-ready reports and insights.
• Use AI tools to improve planning, communication, reporting, and risk detection.
• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, satisfaction, and operational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams
• Strong execution discipline with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics
• Ability to perform executive-level reporting and communicate complex data effectively

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with building dashboards and scorecards
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
• Exposure to AI tools for productivity and insights generation
