What you will do
- Orchestrate end-to-end workflows from SOP publication through training readiness.
- Develop and maintain complex project timelines across multiple learning workstreams.
- Coordinate 20+ subject matter experts to facilitate alignment and content development.
- Create and implement quality assurance processes for training materials before site deployment.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive handoff documentation for the site learning team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in L&D, operations, or change management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives and influence without authority.
- Experience managing 15+ stakeholders simultaneously across functional areas.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Asana, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in the United States and able to work onsite in Arizona up to 3 days/week.
- Excellent communication and technical translation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare environments.
- Background in instructional design coordination or new facility launches.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
