What you will do

• Coordinate AI initiatives between business stakeholders and the central AI engineering team.
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new AI tools.
• Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
• Maintain and track the AI initiative pipeline, including timelines, milestones, and ROI reporting.
• Develop training materials, best practice guides, and conduct AI literacy workshops.
• Gather feedback on tool effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in London
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in project or program management in a tech/software environment.
• Understanding of agentic AI, automation workflows, or emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to bridge business and technical communication.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI tools or technology rollouts.
• Practical experience with agentic AI or advanced automation workflows.
• Proficiency in French.
