What you will do

• Act as the central coordination point between Business Leads, AI Champions, and the central AI Engineering team.
• Support change management activities for AI tool rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and user buy-in.
• Monitor AI industry trends and emerging use cases, bringing innovation inspiration to business teams.
• Facilitate workshops to identify high-impact automation opportunities across various teams.
• Help manage the AI initiative pipeline, tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track and report on AI adoption metrics, project progress, and ROI of AI projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in project/program management, preferably in tech or software environments.
• Strong interest in AI/Technology and eagerness to learn; demonstrated experience in AI tools or technology rollouts is a strong plus.
• Understanding of agentic AI, automation workflows, or similar emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in English is required.

• French is a plus.
