Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Engaging with prospective clients and identifying business opportunities to scale the adoption of AI-driven cybersecurity solutions with an accent on cold calling, high-level prospecting, and territory management. Focus on articulating value propositions to senior decision-makers, executing strategic sales plays, and consistently achieving growth-oriented KPIs.

Location: Must be based in or near Munich, Germany. This is a hybrid position (50% in office / 50% remote).

What you will do

  • Represent the organization across the target region to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct high-level prospecting and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the AI platform value proposition to senior executives to improve their security posture.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Book direct one-to-one meetings and attend trade shows to drive engagement.
  • Maintain data accuracy and strategic territory plans within the sales CRM.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English required.
  • Proven experience or strong aptitude for cold calling and objection handling.
  • Ability to analyze account data for strategic territory mapping and execution.
  • Proficiency in sales stack tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance quotas.
