Account Management Executive (Fintech): Driving strategic growth and relationship management for high-potential merchant accounts within the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and deep-dive analytical consulting. Focus on building high-level client partnerships, managing complex cross-functional projects, and optimizing merchant payment strategies to accelerate business performance.

Location: Onsite in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning and growth execution for a portfolio of high-potential merchant accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders and heads of e-commerce to align hirify.global’s roadmap with their goals.
  • Spearhead cross-functional product launches and operational initiatives to enhance the merchant experience.
  • Utilize data to create actionable business insights, dashboards, and performance narratives.
  • Resolve complex account issues through structural coordination with tech and operations teams.
  • Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure mutual growth and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success, ideally in Tech or FinTech.
  • Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume portfolios and lead projects autonomously.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data visualization (Tableau/Looker).
  • Ability to perform advanced data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) to drive commercial decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the MENA e-commerce or payments landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and retention targets.
  • Background in process automation and project management.
