What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and growth execution for a portfolio of high-potential merchant accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders and heads of e-commerce to align ’s roadmap with their goals.
- Spearhead cross-functional product launches and operational initiatives to enhance the merchant experience.
- Utilize data to create actionable business insights, dashboards, and performance narratives.
- Resolve complex account issues through structural coordination with tech and operations teams.
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure mutual growth and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success, ideally in Tech or FinTech.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume portfolios and lead projects autonomously.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data visualization (Tableau/Looker).
- Ability to perform advanced data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) to drive commercial decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience within the MENA e-commerce or payments landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and retention targets.
- Background in process automation and project management.
