📋 Description

• Own and manage the marketing team's Asana workspace, timelines, and tasks.
• Run daily check-ins to surface blockers and keep projects aligned.
• Build templates/workflows for recurring campaigns, content calendars, product launches.
• Draft customer-facing content: emails, case studies, surveys, in-app messages.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion.
• Role requires on-site M-W at La Jolla, CA; remote Thu-Fri.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related role.
• Exceptional written communication; clear, natural writing.
• Strong organizational instincts; detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
• Proficient with project mgmt tools (Asana, Notion, etc).
• Curiosity about marketing, customer engagement, and growth.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
