What you will do

• Manage 50–100 active creator relationships, handling the full lifecycle from sourcing and contracting to content review and payments.
• Write performance-informed creative briefs and provide structured feedback to ensure content meets growth targets.
• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to analyze content performance and optimize the creator sourcing strategy based on real-time data.
• Build and maintain scalable systems and trackers for outreach pipelines, content libraries, and reporting.
• Use AI tools and internal databases to automate workflows and increase efficiency in reporting and brief generation.
• Identify high-performing creators to convert one-off collaborations into long-term brand partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of paid marketing fundamentals, including CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Ability to identify high-performing UGC for paid ad channels.
• Highly organized with experience managing high-volume creative output and relationships.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, custom scripts) to build operational systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator management platforms like Grin, Creator.co, or Aspire.
• Skilled in contract negotiation and managing paid UGC programs at scale.
• Proficiency in building lightweight internal tools or using AI code assistants (Claude/Claude Code).
