Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage and nurture 20+ mid-tier partner relationships to maintain active, productive collaborations.
- Own the end-to-end webinar program, including scheduling, partner coordination, and hosting.
- Execute co-marketing campaigns and content collaborations to engage therapist audiences.
- Lead and optimize the affiliate program through PartnerStack to drive new user acquisition.
- Track, report, and analyze partnership metrics (MQLs, churn, conversion) to inform strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in channel marketing, partnerships, business development, or content marketing.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong operational skills with an ability to manage multiple moving parts and track performance data.
- Proven ability to present and host live sessions in front of an audience.
- Ability to self-start and pitch new marketing ideas based on market gaps.
- Marketer's mindset with a focus on audience conversion and effective storytelling.
Nice to have
- Background in mental health, healthcare, or working with independent practitioners.
- Familiarity with CPA services or financial sector operations.
- Experience with affiliate platforms and partner tracking tools.
- Previous experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
