TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco

Salary: $330,000 – $375,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead outreach and deal execution for top 50–100 retail accounts.
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of AEs to scale the vertical.
  • Define the retail GTM strategy, including messaging and product priorities.
  • Own the full vertical P&L, including new bookings, retention, and expansion targets.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to shape the retail-specific feature roadmap.
  • Translate market dynamics into competitive positioning for the retail sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep professional fluency in the retail, luxury, or e-commerce landscape.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
  • Strong ability to build repeatable sales systems and GTM motions.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data, analytics, or customer intelligence solutions.
  • Domain expertise in marketing, loyalty, or digital transformation workflows within retail.
