Salary: $330,000 – $375,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead outreach and deal execution for top 50–100 retail accounts.
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of AEs to scale the vertical.
- Define the retail GTM strategy, including messaging and product priorities.
- Own the full vertical P&L, including new bookings, retention, and expansion targets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to shape the retail-specific feature roadmap.
- Translate market dynamics into competitive positioning for the retail sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Deep professional fluency in the retail, luxury, or e-commerce landscape.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
- Strong ability to build repeatable sales systems and GTM motions.

- Experience selling data, analytics, or customer intelligence solutions.
- Domain expertise in marketing, loyalty, or digital transformation workflows within retail.
