What you will do

• Own Salesforce administration, including data integrity, field management, and report creation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the GTM stack.
• Set up and manage attribution to track what's working effectively.
• Handle email infrastructure, including domain setup and deliverability monitoring.
• Build automations to save the team time and reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain reporting for Growth and Sales leadership to inform decisions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B GTM operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience integrating tools across a GTM stack (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, attribution).
• Comfortable with data and detail-oriented.
• Founder mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Clay, Amplemarket, Unify, or similar intent signal and sales engagement tools.
• Familiarity with email deliverability and inbox warmup tooling.
• Basic SQL or comfort pulling and manipulating data outside of CRM-native reporting.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company.
